Dema-Präzisionsteile GmbH is a middle sized company and has been existing for 40 years.

1977 Dema is founded

1986 Production of the DEMA Guide Pin starts.

1993 Acquisition and renaming by the Ludley family

1995 Acquisition of Marcus Komponenter AB in Sweden

1996 Move into the new building with 2500m² production area in Georgensgemünd.

2001 ISO 9001:2000 and VDA 6.1:2003 Certification

2004 Certification according DIN EN ISO 14001:2005

2007 30th Anniversary of the company

2009 Certification according ISO/TS 16949:2009

2010 Mr. Frederic Ludley becomes new CEO of Dema-Präzisionsteile GmbH

2011 Introduction of a new ERP system

2013 A new warehouse and logistic-center is put into Operation

2015 Certification according ISO/TS 50001:2011
